Extending your rental to further aid recovery from surgery

If you get to the end of your agreed rental period and decide that you would like to continue using your cooling device for a longer period of time to aid your recovery from knee or jaw surgery then you can very easily extend your rental.

Firstly, go to the ‘Rent a Device’ page of the website and click the ‘EXTEND YOUR RENTAL’ button.

Alternatively you can scroll to the bottom of the ‘Rent a Device’ page and select ‘Extension of HTP1 Rental.’

You will then be taken to the following page and you will need to click on the button that says ‘Extension of HTP1 Rental.’

Next you will need to select how long you would like to extend your rental by. The cost of extending you rental by 1 week is £45. The cost of extending by 2 weeks is £80.

After this you will have to select a 'delivery' date, please use the last day of your current rental. If you are unable to select the correct date don't worry we will have your details on file and will extend the rental by the correct amount of time.

After you have selected the duration of your extension it will be moved into your cart and you can click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button.

If you didn’t get the option to select dates or you wish to amend the dates you have selected, this can be done once the order is in your cart.

The checkout will then ask you for a delivery address, please enter the original delivery address.

After you have completed your delivery details click ‘Continue to payment’ and you will be taken to a secure payment page. After you have paid, we will update your original order and send you a confirmation email with the new rental end date allowing you to continue using Hilotherm to keep helping your recovery after surgery.
